Atlanta Hawks vs Miami Heat - Feb 12, 2012



               An additional win for the Miami Heat, 107 – 87, against the Atlanta Hawks as they continue their 6-game road-trip in the league. James led the Heat with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists. Adding up 14 points and 16 rebounds for Bosh, the Heat completely beat the Hawks’ Willie Green who led them with 17 points. Though the Heat already beat the defenseless Hawks on their last game, James’ and Wade’s contribution really made impact in this game.

Charlotte Bobcats vs L.A. Clippers - Feb 11, 2012



               An all-out slamdunk competition for LA Clippers’ Blake Griffin with a game high of 21 points taking down 10 rebounds in their game against the Charlotte Bobcats. 111-86 win by the Clippers with CP3 leading his team with 18 points and 14 assists. Helping the team is DeAndre Jordan with double-double, 11 points 12 rebounds, and the team outrebounded the Bobcats. The Clippers dominated the game especially in the paint. Though it was a season-low turnovers for the Bobcats and season-high in freethrows made, it was not enough to overcome the havoc of the Clippers.

Washington Wizards vs Miami Heat - Feb 10, 2012



The Miami Heat once again added up a win this season with 106 – 89 over the Washington Wizards. With D-Wade contributing 26 points and 5 assists, the team took control of the game early in the 4th quarter with Bosh and James adding up 24 and 18 respectively. It was a bit too much for the Wizards guarding LeBron and Wade as they get starstrucked on the play. JaVale McGee delivered a season-high of 24 points for the Wizards but was still not enough to win. The Miami has won its ninth in the past eleven games.

L.A. Lakers vs Boston Celtics - Feb 9, 2012



A very gritty game for the Los Angeles Lakers winning only by a point over the Boston Celtics at host. Boston’s Paul Pierce missed a fade away shot in the dying seconds but teammate Ray Allen was there for the offensive rebound. Allen took the shot but was blocked by the Lakers’ Spaniard Pau Gasol. Gasol garnished a double-double with 25 points and 14 rebounds. In addition, Andrew Bynum added up 16 points and 17 boards to overcome Allen’s 22 points and ended up Boston’s 5-game winning streak.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Miami Heat - Feb 7, 2012



Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade with 26 points and forward LBJ with 24 points, 5 boards and 6 assists led the team to a 107 – 91 win against the Cleveland Cavaliers with Antawn Jamison’s 25 points. As Miami Head Coach stated, “the Cavs are a tough team to put away and they play hard but they did some things to allow them extra possessions to get back into the game”. It was a bad move for the Cavs to lose track of Chalmers knocking down 4 of 9 from the 3-point territory with Wade, James and Bosh all inside the court at the same time. but still, it was a good fight for the Cavaliers, giving their best to put up a good game with the most scrutinized team in NBA history.

Still at the second spot of the Eastern Conference, Miami Heat is 19 Wins and 6 Lost.

L.A. Clippers vs Orlando Magic - Feb 7, 2012



Indeed, Chris Paul’s signing up for the Los Angeles Clippers is a big hit. On a game against the Orlando Magic, Paul garnered 29 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists, leading the Clippers in an overtime win of 107 – 102. Chauncey Billups added up three 3-pointers before leaving the game with a torn Achilles’ tendon with 5:48 left. On the other hand, Dwight Howard led the Magic with 33 big points and 14 rebounds, and Jameer Nelson with 15 points and 12 assist after missing five games due to an injury.
Now with Clippers jersey, Kenyon Martin will soon be joining the team in the upcoming games and maybe this will be the start of the team getting closer and closer to the Finals. LA Clippers now have 15 wins and 7 losses, being the top 2nd in the Western Conference.

Miami Heat vs Toronto Raptors - Feb 5, 2012




           The most scrutinized team in NBA history once again added up a win in the league. The Miami Heat, led by LeBron James with 30 points and 9 rebounds, defeated the Toronto Raptors in a final score of 95 to 89. DeRozan contributed 25 points and 3 boards for the Raptors but were still not enough to beat Miami’s “Big Three”. D-Wade and Bosh added up 25 and 12 points respectively for the team making them more difficult to handle. With this win, the Miami Heat stands 2nd in the Eastern Conference with 18 wins and 6 losses while the Raptors, 8 wins and 18 losses.
